Conference Exhibitor Registration 2023: Online and In-person.

Meet your audience

Exhibitors at the CEA Annual Conference are offered a prime location to meet with members of the Economics community of Canada and around the world. For the 2023 Meetings, this space will be in the RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg Manitoba

DAYS: In-person Thursday June 1st, Friday June 2nd & Saturday June 3rd, 2023 at the RBC Convention Centre. Note, Thursday June 1 is the CEA Embrace Day Special Sessions & Workshops, and Friday June 2nd & Saturday June 3rd are the main conference sessions. 

EXHIBIT LOCATION: On-site at conference, Rooms 2GH on the second floor (main conference floor) of the RBC Convention Centre. This space will also be used for the student poster sessions, typically well attended by delegates.

EXHIBIT HOURS: Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 08:30-16:30. 

SET UP: Thursday or Friday: 08:00-10:00 (to be completed before morning coffee-break). If an alternate time is required contact Paula Emery at cea.conference@gmail.com

DISMANTLE: Saturday: after start of last afternoon session (4pm-5:30pm)

RATES:  $1000.00 plus applicable tax. Space is limited please see payment/registration information below. The price Includes conference registration for your booth attendants. 
 

APPROXIMATE AREA: will accommodate 2 x 6' tables. Once registered please contact cea.conference@gmail.com to confirm requirements and number of tables needed. Exhibitors should bring extension cords if power is needed. 
 

PAYMENT/REGISTRATION: To reserve exhibitor space please send an email to cea.conference@gmail.com. Include the following details: group/organization name, details of exhibit, contact information and name of participant(s) attending the booth. Payment can be made below. You do not need to be a CEA member to purchase tickets, but you do need to login to (or create) a CEA account to purchase. To set-up a non-member account, click here. 
 

SHIPPING: Storage space is limited - please consider bringing materials personally. If materials need to be sent, please note they can be accepted one week prior to event. Contact Paula Emery ( cea.conference@gmail.com) for shipping and storage information. 
 

LIABILITY: The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.
 

CANCELATIONS: The Treasurer of the CEA, Professor Brandon Schaufele, must be notified of any cancelations by writing to cea.conference@gmail.com prior to May 8th. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued on or after May 9th.

This option is available to vendors who want to be part of the programme but are not attending as an in-person exhibitor in Winnipeg.

1. Information for printed programme: A PDF advertisement in the programme for printing which will also be included in the PDF version of the programme available on our website.  Specifications: The max dimensions:  7.5 x 10 inches – landscape orientation.
    
2. Information for mobile app: Advertisement in the “Sponsors and Exhibitors” section of the programme mobile app which is available to all registered delegates. Specifications for Advertisement in the Mobile App:

Cost: $300.00 plus tax.  Note, the CEA reserves the right to refuse an online exhibitor’s marketing material. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

*Note: during set-up of the mobile app, the advertiser may be given access to edit the above items directly in the app for their section. This is at the discretion of the Canadian Economics Association. The documents and information listed above should be returned to CEA conference coordinator, Paula Emery at cea.conference@gmail.com
