*All prices are exclusive of sales tax will be added at time of purchase. The non-refundable processing fee for withdrawals will be $75.00

Note: Tax for in-person conference fees is based on applicable tax for Quebec, Canada (QST+HST 14.975%). Tax for online day is based on your place of residence.

  • Purvis Luncheon Lecture (Carolyn Wilkins, Princeton University, Bank of England): Saturday May 31, 2025 

To have access to the discounted student, retiree, and regular member rates, you need to make sure your membership is current and if not then you need to renew your CEA membership. Student, retiree, and regular membership rate tickets will appear once you login to your membership account. We invite you to become a CEA member via the membership page.

Registration fees can only be paid by credit card using our CEA association management system. We do not accept other types of payments during advance registration. Specifically, we do not accept cheques (government or personal), purchase orders, or registrations by fax for individuals. Those unable to use government/company credit cards online will need to use their own personal credit card to register and then submit to their employer a claim for reimbursement. Invoices are available in your CEA profile. We make refunds subject to a $75 processing fee until and including TBD. No refunds will be made after that date.

Early-bird rates are available until May 6, 2025.

Registration opens February 1, 2025.

This is the registration page for the CEA 2025 conference. For conference details, programme highlights, and local information see the CEA2025 home page.  

The local host is the Department of Economics at L'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). The programme chair is Professor Huw Lloyd-Ellis (Queen's University). The local organizers are Professor Marie Connolly and Professor Charles Séguin. 

The online sessions will take place on Friday, May 23rd, 2025. 

The CEA Embrace Day special events & workshops will be held again in-person on Thursday May 29th (all registrants can attend). Regular contributed in-person sessions will take place from May 30th to May 31st, 2025 at UQAM.

All in-person registrations include the online session day on May 23, 2025 as well.

If you are presenting in the programme, you need to register by April 4, 2025 to confirm your attendance
