Conference Submissions

Important Notes

You will need to create a *new* conference account for your submission.

The Abstract Submission Portal is a separate portal from the CEA's Membership Account Portal. It is important that you use the exact same email address in both systems. Please check your CEA member profile before submitting to the conference, and contact the CEA office at cea.execdir@gmail.com if you need help with updating the email address in one/both systems.
When submitting an abstract you will be asked if your paper is for the online sessions or the in-person sessions.

Once the deadline to submit has passed (February 14, 2025), you will not be able to make changes to your presentation format.

Submission Portal

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the CEA office at cea.execdir@gmail.com

Subject Areas

When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to choose a subject area. Subject areas are associated with CEA Study Groups and Scientific Committees who will review the abstracts in their respective areas and provide a decision to the program office.

The following table provides an overview of the subject areas associated with the groups. Note that some papers may be reassigned to a different area based on the study group or committee's feedback, the paper's secondary subject, and the program chair's discretion. Link to JEL Categories.
