Embrace Day Graduate Posters Awards

Embrace Day Graduate Posters Awards

Starting in 2023, the Canadian Economics Association began Embrace Day to promote inclusivity in the economics professions. Embrace Day activities include (but are not limited to) media training workshops, mentoring and networking events for graduate students, and keynote lectures.

Every year since, the CEA invites a selected cohort of graduate students to present their research posters throughout Embrace Day. A dedicated committee awards two prizes: 1) Best Paper and 2) Best Presentation, which are presented to the winners at the Presidential Address.
