Exhibitor Registration
Meet your audience
Exhibitors at the CEA Annual Conference are offered a prime location to meet with members of the Economics community of Canada and around the world. For the 2024 Meetings, the Exhibitors will be featured in Oakham House at Toronto Metropolitan University in the same space used for the main conference coffee breaks.

DAYS: In-person Thursday May 30th, Friday May 31st, & Saturday June 1st, 2024. Note, Thursday May 30 is the CEA Embrace Day Special Sessions & Workshops, and Friday May 31st & Saturday June 1st are the main conference sessions.
EXHIBIT LOCATION: Oakham House at Toronto Metropolitan University
EXHIBIT HOURS: Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 08:30-16:30.
SET UP: Thursday or Friday: 08:00-10:00 (to be completed before morning coffee-break). If an alternate time is required contact Paula Emery at cea.conference@gmail.com
DISMANTLE: Saturday: after start of last afternoon session (4pm-5:30pm)
RATES: $1500 plus applicable tax. Space is limited please see payment/registration information below. The price Includes conference registration for your booth attendants.
APPROXIMATE AREA: will accommodate 2 x 6' tables. Once registered please contact cea.conference@gmail.com to confirm requirements and number of tables needed. Exhibitors should bring extension cords if power is needed.
PAYMENT/REGISTRATION: To reserve exhibitor space please send an email to cea.conference@gmail.com. Include the following details: group/organization name, details of exhibit, contact information and name of participant(s) attending the booth. Payment can be made below. You do not need to be a CEA member to purchase tickets, but you do need to login to (or create) a CEA account to purchase. To set-up a non-member account, click here.
SHIPPING: Storage space is limited - please consider bringing materials personally. If materials need to be sent, please note they can be accepted one week prior to event. Contact Paula Emery (cea.conference@gmail.com) for shipping and storage information.
LIABILITY: The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.
CANCELATIONS: The Treasurer of the CEA, Professor Brandon Schaufele, must be notified of any cancelations by writing to cea.conference@gmail.com prior to May 8th. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued on or after May 9th.
The Canadian Economics Association Code of Conduct: The CEA seeks to ensure its events are free from all forms of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Programme Advertisements
Includes advertisement in the conference platform and the printed programme
This option is available to groups who want to be part of the programme but are not attending with an exhibitor booth.
Conference Details: On-line May 24th, In-person June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Toronto, Ontario
- Information for printed programme: A PDF advertisement in the programme for printing which will also be included in the PDF version of the programme available on our website. Specifications to be provided early in 2024.
- Information for conference platform: Advertisement in the “Sponsors and Exhibitors” section of the conference platform which is available to all registered delegates. Specifications required:
- Name
- Logo Image
- Short Description (visible on overview page)
- Website Link (URL)
- Long Description (Optional)
- Social Media Links such as Linkedin, Facebook, X/Twitter (Optional)
- Location/Address (Optional)
- Point of Contact including Name, Phone Number, Email (Optional)
- Resources (additional details to be provided) (Optional)
Option A, Cost: $750.00 plus tax which includes one in-person conference registration.
Option B, Cost: $400.00 plus tax which does not include an in-person conference registration.
Note, the CEA reserves the right to refuse a company's marketing material. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
