LOCAL ORGANIZATION & GENERAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION
The Main Conference Program will take place at the University of St. Michael's College in the University of Toronto and at Victoria University in the University of Toronto. The Friday Night Reception venue is Hart House.
The CEA registration and information desk will be open during the following times [location TBC]:
Thursday May 21, 12:00-20:00
Friday May 22, 08:00–16:30
Saturday May 23, 08:00–16:30
Sunday May 24, 08:00–12:00
There are two evening receptions planned for the 2020 conference, one on the Friday evening in the Hart House Building of the University of Toronto and one on the Saturday evening (location TBC). Reception style fare will be provided and one free drink ticket, per delegate, for each event will be available in your registration package.
EATING & DINING
The morning and afternoon coffee breaks each day will have tea, coffee, and snacks provided. Reception style fare will also be provided at the Friday and Saturday evening sessions. However, lunches are not included with your registration package. Tickets for the CWEC Lunch (Friday) and for the Purvis Luncheon (Saturday) will be available for purchase with your registration package.
A downtown Toronto daycare Centre [details to follow] will be available, based on pre-booking, for the 2020 conference.
Preferred rates at downtown Toronto hotels are available in addition to residence options at the University of St. Michael's College. Please see the accommodations page for additional details.
Discount codes to travel by plane have been been made available for conference attendees.
