Meet your audience

Exhibitors at the CEA Annual Conference are offered a prime location to meet with members of the Economics community of Canada and around the world.  A typical CEA conference is attended by around 1000 delegates. For additional information, please contact CEA Conference Coordinator, Paula Emery at cea.conference@gmail.com

 

DAYS: Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Conference

EXHIBIT LOCATION: On-site at conference, room TBA

EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday and Saturday: 08:30-16:30; Sunday: 08:30-noon

SET UP: Friday: 08:00-10:00 (to be completed before morning coffee-break)

DISMANTLE: Sunday: noon-14:00

RATES:  TBA

Approximate area 2.4 m x 3 m (8' x 10') with two 1.5 m x 0.6m (5' x 2') display tables (with table skirts): The price Includes admission to the 2 receptions June 1 and 2, and the daily breaks.

PAYMENT/REGISTRATION: To reserve exhibitor space please send an email to cea.conference@gmail.com. Include the following details: group/organization name, details of exhibit, contact information and name of participant(s) attending the booth. Payment information will be provided.

SHIPPING: Storage space is limited - please consider bringing materials personally. If materials need to be sent, please note they can be accepted one week prior to event. Contact Paula Emery (cea.conference@gmail.com) for shipping and storage information. 

LIABILITY: The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.

CANCELLATIONS: The Treasurer of the CEA, Professor Werner Antweiler, must be notified of any cancellations by writing to cea.conference@gmail.com prior to May 8th. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued on or after May 9th.

ADVERTISERS

The CEA offers full page advertisement in the printed conference program.  You can purchase advertisement space in your CEA profile. Please send advertisement, as outlined below, by May 1st to cea.conference@gmail.com for planning of the program. By May 1st, please have payment in place through your personal profile.  
 

Advertisement Content:  French and/or English, black and white, 8.5 inches (high) x 7 inches (wide), PDF without crop marks.  Basically "ready to use" is preferred.

There are no restrictions on text count or image size - ensure that it is legible given the size of the ad being 8.5 inches (high) and 7 inches (wide).  If possible, provide bilingual advertisement . However this is not mandatory.
